In our **first full session**, we will take time to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. This may include a **gentle review of your background and a light risk assessment**, to ensure that I am the best counsellor to support you safely and effectively.

You will be invited to share at your own pace, in a way that feels comfortable for you. We may also discuss whether **creative or arts-based processes** feel like something you would like to include in your sessions.

Sewssions are available in **English and Russian**, and can take place **online or in person**, depending on your needs and preferences.

Ecstatic Dance Journey. 
Ecstatic Dance Is A Movement Dance Facilitated Practice, A Sober Conscious Group Dance Where Through Individual And Group Process We Connect With Our Internal Worlds Through Embodied Individual and Group Process.  This art is my attempt to interpret my experience of this truly magical, healing, transformative and empowering experience, and the space it is held in.

Inner Rainbow Rise

My life experiences sparked my curiosity to understand human behaviour and the mind's inner workings. My journey of self-discovery and healing, which involved therapy, spirituality, and alternative holistic, creative and healing modalities, led me to appreciate the transformative power of personal growth. 
I now realise that what holds us back and causes pain can be transformed into something that enriches our lives. 

Over time, I developed a deep self-awareness, mastered skills, and gained knowledge to support others on their unique healing journeys, self-awareness and well-being. I've always been an artsy soul, drawn to creativity in all forms. I now recognise that I used to use art intuitively for self-healing and processing what was present in my life. My training at IATE (Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education) validated the therapeutic power of the arts and unleashed a new level of self-awareness.
 I am grateful and feel blessed to walk this path where my work is aligned with my true values and passion to bring healing and support to my clients.

I am a BACP-registered counsellor using the arts and therapeutic arts facilitator. 

I welcome individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds with a warm and empathetic approach. Through my work, I strive to create and hold a confidential and safe enough space where your unique experiences can be heard, validated, and explored with compassion and sensitivity.

Inner Lighthouse Counselling Using the Arts

Experience Creative Flow: Facilitated Art Practice for Inner Connection and Therapeutic Self-expression.

Our weekly therapeutically creative body-mindful art sessions allow you to dive into your journey in a cozy, nurturing environment. Limited spaces ensure that every participant receives recognition and acknowledgement you may require for the Facilitator to support you to immerse yourself in the experience fully.
Embrace the freedom to explore your creativity by either working on an existing art project or venturing into uncharted artistic territories. We encourage you to have no expectations, nor do you need any artistic skills; this is a space where you would be guided to feel rather than think. We will provide art materials, sparing you the hassle of gathering supplies and enabling you to focus solely on your artistic expression unless you would like to bring your own materials.
Each session commences with an opening circle and intention-setting, gently guiding you to connect with your inner self and tap into your creative flow. Our focus lies in harmonizing the mind-body connection, inviting you to tune in to the innate wisdom that resides within your own heart and body. The mindful practice is held in silence, fostering an atmosphere that encourages deep introspection, self-awareness, and respect all participant’s journeys.  Music will be supporting your creative exploration, to carry you through this rejuvenating experience. 
Finally, a closing circle allows you to share your thoughts, feelings, and takeaways from the session, fostering a sense of community and support.
The practice is held and facilitated by Nadia Glebovets, a certified BACP registered Counsellor Using the Arts, Therapeutic Arts Facilitator, Intuitive Artist, and Energy Healer.  These three consecutive weeks invites you to unplug from the world's noise and delve into your inner world, supporting you to release the density of life, and find space to connect meaningfully to your emotions, needs and desires, harnessing creative ways to cultivate self-awareness, healing and inner growth.
